We are proud to say, The Queen Bee Tattoo Parlour is a 100% disposable studio. This means that not only are needles, inks, and supplies single service but tattoo tubes and piercing tools are as well!
For items that do not come pre-sterile from the manufacturer such as body piercing jewelry, we use a state of the art sterilization, which is called a StatimClave. This sterilization process does not require the use of pouches and allows your piercer to maintain “point of process” sterilization for these items.
All artists of The Queen Bee Tattoo Parlour are trained in universal precautions to protect both themselves and their clientele.
Children in the Studio
Children are great! If you are a parent we wish you all the best in your family life! We do however ask that you find childcare for your kids rather than bring them in. While we make every effort to keep discussions and images of a delicate nature in private areas, the studio environment is very much adult in nature. MINOR CHILDREN ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO when receiving a piercing and accompanied by a parent or guardian. No other minors, children or infants are allowed.
Our Policy on Pregnancy and Nursing
We will not perform any piercing on any pregnant person. We will however remove jewelry or replace it with flexible retainers. For nursing mothers, we will be happy to perform any piercing other than nipples once you have reached the 6 month mark of feeding. We will perform nipple piercing only after all nursing has ceased and milk has dried up completely.

Please eat before your appointment.
Pricing & Artwork
The minimum price for a tattoo is $80. Tattoos are priced by the piece. For the larger pieces it will be hourly at $150 an hour. Most of the preliminary work related to a tattoo is still done in person. Pricing designs, access to our extensive artwork reference, drawing custom work, etc., can only be provided in the studio. You are welcome to choose from our extensive art selection, have our designs altered to your specifications, have our artists draw your design, or bring in your own art or reference materials.
Even when designs are attached to emails it is impossible for us to take into account size, location, etc.
If you already know which artist you would like for your tattoo work, you can contact them directly at the studio by phone, email them or message them on their individual Facebook pages.
Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and add your artist’s name to the subject line.
• No Alcohol – Do not drink or “party” heavily the night before or at all on the day you get tattooed or pierced.
• Good Mentality – Make sure you are in good physical (well rested) and emotional health when you come in. Stay relaxed and get into the zone – that’ll help make the experience a good one!
• Food is Good – Be sure to eat a good meal before you come in. Feel free to bring in water and some snacks, you may need them, especially for a long tattoo sitting.

• What to Wear – Consider the location of your new tattoo or piercing and dress accordingly. If you’re unsure of what is best to wear, give us a call.

• After the 5th day, apply a thin layer of fragrance free lotion such as Lubriderm, Jergens or Eucerin 5 or 6 times a day for the entire healing process.
